Salary: $141,800 – $226,800

What you will do

• Develop and execute comprehensive integration strategies and project plans aligned with deal objectives.
• Assemble and manage core integration teams to ensure functional leaders are accountable and empowered.
• Oversee the integration of critical business systems, processes, and operational functions to drive efficiency.
• Work with business units to identify risks and mitigation plans to ensure synergy realization.
• Brief acquired management teams and employees on integration processes and organizational impacts.
• Prepare progress reports for the C-Team and document lessons learned to refine the M&A playbook.

Requirements

• 8–10+ years of relevant experience in end-to-end integration management.
• Proven track record in M&A, change management, and operational integration methodologies.
• Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills with experience presenting to senior leadership.
• Ability to diagnose operational issues and track performance metrics using data.
• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or related advanced degree strongly preferred.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
