TL;DR
Director, M&A Integration Leader: Designing and managing the end-to-end integration of acquired businesses and assets to ensure alignment with corporate strategy and deal thesis. Location: Hybrid role; must be able to work onsite in Sherman Oaks or Mountain View, CA.
Salary: $141,800 – $226,800

What you will do
- Develop and execute comprehensive integration strategies and project plans aligned with deal objectives.
- Assemble and manage core integration teams to ensure functional leaders are accountable and empowered.
- Oversee the integration of critical business systems, processes, and operational functions to drive efficiency.
- Work with business units to identify risks and mitigation plans to ensure synergy realization.
- Brief acquired management teams and employees on integration processes and organizational impacts.
- Prepare progress reports for the C-Team and document lessons learned to refine the M&A playbook.
Requirements
- 8–10+ years of relevant experience in end-to-end integration management.
- Proven track record in M&A, change management, and operational integration methodologies.
- Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills with experience presenting to senior leadership.
- Ability to diagnose operational issues and track performance metrics using data.
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or related advanced degree strongly preferred.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
