Salary: $160,000–$180,000

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end enterprise implementations from discovery through go-live and expansion.
• Design scalable, configurable automation solutions using internal platforms and APIs.
• Conduct operational audits to identify workflow gaps and propose automation strategies.
• Align cross-functional teams, including Product, Engineering, and Sales, to shape delivery scope.
• Manage project risks and stakeholder communication for large-scale enterprise partners.
• Maintain technical documentation and mentor junior team members on delivery best practices.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in enterprise SaaS delivery or solution design.
• Strong understanding of APIs, systems integration, and technical architecture.
• Proven ability to lead complex technical engagements with large enterprise customers.
• Ability to work from the Chelsea office in New York 4 days per week.
• Excellent communication skills for translating technical concepts to executive stakeholders.
• High ownership mindset with a proactive, impact-driven approach to solving ambiguity.

• Familiarity with workflow automation tools like MuleSoft or Workato.
