Enterprise Forward Deployed Engineer (MedTech)

Location: Hybrid role based in the New York City office, with collaboration in the Hudson Square office 4 days per week.

Salary: $160K–$180K per year, plus equity and a $40K–$50K bonus.

What you will do

• Lead enterprise implementations from discovery and business-case alignment through go-live, optimization, and expansion.
• Conduct operational audits, identify workflow gaps, and design scalable automation solutions using hirify.global’s platform and APIs.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams while managing delivery scope, risks, change, documentation, and knowledge transfer.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Sales to shape solutions, delivery plans, and the product roadmap.
• Advise senior customer stakeholders, support sales strategy, mentor junior team members, and improve internal delivery tools.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in enterprise SaaS delivery or solution design.
• Strong understanding of APIs, systems integration, and technical architecture.
• Experience leading complex technical engagements with large enterprise customers and aligning cross-functional stakeholders.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts to executive and technical audiences.
• Strategic problem-solving skills, business acumen, and domain fluency in healthcare or similarly complex industries.
• Degree or minor in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field is strongly preferred; mentoring experience and comfort with ambiguity are expected.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with workflow automation, RPA, or enterprise integration platforms such as MuleSoft or Workato.
• Background in consulting, solution architecture, or technical customer success.
• Experience in startup environments or scaling delivery functions.
