Technical Analyst (SaaS/SQL)

Location: Remote anywhere in the United States; travel to the hirify.global office in Brookfield, Wisconsin, and nationwide travel for meetings, conferences, and team events may be required.

Salary: $65,200–$131,905 annually, with ranges varying by state and professional experience.

hirify.global IntelliScript develops data-driven SaaS products for insurance, health IT, and life sciences clients, using pharmacy and other healthcare data for risk-management applications.

What you will do

• Support IntelliScript’s Irix technology as a technical subject matter expert.
• Execute non-clinical changes to the Irix Rules Engine and assist with clinical adjustments.
• Design test cases and perform impact, regression, and user acceptance testing.
• Conduct mortality, incidence-rate, and decision-simulation studies after rule changes.
• Manage technical specifications, project statuses, peer reviews, and evidence-based research reports.
• Deploy cloud-based systems and legacy on-premises systems to test and production environments.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in any field and at least three years of professional experience.
• Experience with Excel and MS Office.
• Experience with SQL, including joins, aggregate functions, and stored procedures.
• Experience with C#, Java, Python, or another object-oriented programming language.
• Ability to use generative AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot for analysis, documentation, testing, and productivity.
• Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information subject to HIPAA requirements.

Nice to have

• Experience with Databricks, AWS, QA, Agile Scrum, Git, or other version-control systems.
• Background in financial services, actuarial science, or insurance underwriting.
• Advanced degree or relevant certification.
