What you will do

• Define and drive the product vision and strategy for core product areas, focusing on real-world outcomes and customer impact.
• Lead rigorous product discovery through user interviews, workflow mapping, and qualitative research.
• Translate ambiguous, complex healthcare workflow problems into clear, actionable product requirements and user stories.
• Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle, shipping capabilities from 0→1 and scaling them for widespread use.
• Partner cross-functionally with engineering and design to ensure technically feasible and intuitive user experiences.
• Collaborate with customer-facing teams to ensure product adoption and clarity of value.

Requirements

• 4+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS or operationally complex environments.
• Proven experience taking product ideas from concept to launch.
• Strong user-centered design instincts and a history of utilizing discovery practices to uncover needs.
• Technical fluency to distill system constraints and partner effectively with engineering.
• Collaborative leadership skills with experience working across design, engineering, and sales teams.
• Ownership mindset with a bias toward action and operating in low-structure environments.
