Product Manager (AI)

Location: New York City office, on-site four days per week

Base salary: $160,000–$200,000 per year, plus equity, variable cash bonus, and benefits.

What you will do

• Own the success, vision, strategy, and execution of one or more core product areas.
• Lead product discovery through user interviews, workflow mapping, usability testing, shadowing, and qualitative and quantitative research.
• Translate ambiguous workflow and operational problems into product requirements, user stories, and intuitive experiences.
• Build, launch, and iterate on capabilities from 0→1 through 1→scale with high-quality execution.
• Partner with design and engineering to create technically feasible, scalable user experiences.
• Collaborate with Customer Success, Sales, Operations, and Marketing to drive product adoption and customer impact.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of product management experience, preferably in B2B SaaS, workflow-heavy products, or operationally complex environments.
• Experience taking ambiguous product ideas from concept to launch and prototypes into real-world usage.
• Strong user instincts and product discovery skills, including the ability to uncover needs in daily workflows.
• Technical fluency and the ability to understand complex systems, clarify technical constraints, and make tradeoffs with engineering.
• Excellent communication, cross-functional leadership, bias to action, and end-to-end ownership.
• Ability to work on-site from the New York City office four days per week.
