Product Manager (Healthcare AI)

Location: Onsite in the San Francisco, California or Rohnert Park, California office; approximately 20% travel to customer sites.

Base salary: $160,000–$175,000, plus bonus and equity.

hirify.global is a publicly traded medical technology company developing AI-driven, non-invasive solutions for diagnosing and managing coronary artery disease, including cardiac imaging, blood-flow analysis, and plaque analysis.

What you will do

• Conduct customer discovery with cardiologists, radiologists, CT technologists, and health-system administrators across the CCTA workflow.
• Define how the hirify.global platform integrates with clinical and IT environments, including EMR, PACS, and reporting systems.
• Write user needs, use cases, and functional requirements; partner with UX and Product Design on workflows and wireframes.
• Build business cases, prioritize the roadmap, and work with engineering through implementation, prototyping, delivery, and defect prioritization.
• Partner with Product Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Professional Education on launches, training, onboarding, and adoption.
• Maintain traceable, audit-ready requirements and evaluate changes for user error, patient safety, privacy, and security impacts.

Requirements

• Recently completed or soon-to-be-completed MBA.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Life Sciences, or a related technical or scientific field strongly preferred.
• 5–7 years of professional experience in product management, engineering, consulting, healthcare, medical devices, or health technology.
• Ability to frame ambiguous problems, size opportunities, build business cases, communicate clearly, and influence cross-functional teams.
• Comfort discussing system design, data flows, and cloud software, with willingness to learn HL7, FHIR, and DICOM.
• Interest in healthcare, medical devices, or digital health, with strong attention to workflow, usability, and clinical decision support.

Nice to have

• Product management internship experience.
• Experience with FDA-regulated software or Software as a Medical Device.
• Familiarity with cardiology, medical imaging, or reimbursement.
