Product Manager II (AI)

Location: Remote, US

Annual salary: $140,000–$155,000

What you will do

• Develop and maintain product vision, strategy, and roadmap for internal software initiatives.
• Lead product discovery with business leaders, internal users, designers, and technical teams.
• Translate complex technical roadmaps into software requirements that deliver value iteratively.
• Lead cross-functional teams from product concept through market delivery.
• Align stakeholders on business goals, impact objectives, and operational processes.
• Support production operations by analyzing escalated issues and develop AI-enabled product features with design and engineering.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 3+ years of product management experience with internal or enterprise applications.
• Understanding of modern product discovery and delivery methods.
• Experience using AI tools for research, analysis, discovery, requirements, documentation, and communication.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with engineers, designers, and company leaders.
• Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, influencing, and responsiveness skills.

Nice to have

• Experience defining or designing AI-enabled product features.
