What you will do
- Establish and cultivate strong relationships with new and existing enterprise clients.
- Lead end-to-end sales processes, from identifying opportunities to closing complex deals.
- Develop and execute territory plans to meet revenue, pipeline, and market share objectives.
- Collaborate closely with pre-sales engineers and cross-functional teams to deliver technical value.
- Negotiate high-level contracts with executive decision-makers.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in enterprise IT sales and account management.
- Proven track record in selling middleware solutions or complex software services.
- Expertise in consultative selling methodologies such as MEDIC or MEDDPICC.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to lead complex negotiations.
- Must have legal authorization to work without sponsorship.
- Willingness to travel up to 30% of the time.
