What you will do

  • Establish and cultivate strong relationships with new and existing enterprise clients.
  • Lead end-to-end sales processes, from identifying opportunities to closing complex deals.
  • Develop and execute territory plans to meet revenue, pipeline, and market share objectives.
  • Collaborate closely with pre-sales engineers and cross-functional teams to deliver technical value.
  • Negotiate high-level contracts with executive decision-makers.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in enterprise IT sales and account management.
  • Proven track record in selling middleware solutions or complex software services.
  • Expertise in consultative selling methodologies such as MEDIC or MEDDPICC.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to lead complex negotiations.
  • Must have legal authorization to work without sponsorship.
  • Willingness to travel up to 30% of the time.
