Location: Must be based in Germany (Hybrid).

What you will do

  • Establish and cultivate relationships with enterprise clients.
  • Identify and capture new business opportunities within new and existing accounts.
  • Lead the end-to-end sales process from lead generation to complex deal negotiation.
  • Develop and execute strategic territory plans to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
  • Collaborate closely with pre-sales engineering teams to demonstrate technical platform value.
  • Build and maintain long-term executive-level relationships within client organizations.

Requirements

  • Fluency in both English and German is required.
  • Must be based in or able to work from Germany.
  • 5+ years of experience managing client relationships in the Enterprise IT space.
  • Proven track record in selling middleware solutions and services.
  • Experience navigating complex, consultative sales cycles.
  • Ability to travel up to 30% of the time.

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with the MEDIC/MEDDPICC sales methodology.
