What you will do
- Establish and cultivate relationships with enterprise clients.
- Identify and capture new business opportunities within new and existing accounts.
- Lead the end-to-end sales process from lead generation to complex deal negotiation.
- Develop and execute strategic territory plans to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
- Collaborate closely with pre-sales engineering teams to demonstrate technical platform value.
- Build and maintain long-term executive-level relationships within client organizations.
Requirements
- Fluency in both English and German is required.
- Must be based in or able to work from Germany.
- 5+ years of experience managing client relationships in the Enterprise IT space.
- Proven track record in selling middleware solutions and services.
- Experience navigating complex, consultative sales cycles.
- Ability to travel up to 30% of the time.

- Familiarity with the MEDIC/MEDDPICC sales methodology.
