What you will do
- Develop and execute a strategy to meet and exceed revenue and consumption targets within key accounts.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers up to the C-level.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the adoption of data and AI use cases.
- Orchestrate internal resources to maximize ecosystem impact and drive successful negotiations.
- Apply robust sales methodologies like MEDDPICC and Value Selling to guide engagements.
Requirements
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales quotas and KPIs.
- Experience selling complex software deals to large enterprise customers in Germany.
- Understanding of consumption-based land and expand sales models.
- Fluent English and German language skills are essential.
- Experience in building effective champions and collaborative teams for territory planning.
- Evidence of creating demand and delivering substantial business value.
