Salary: $170,000 - $230,000

What you will do

• Manage topline capacity modeling and net new ARR financial forecasting.
• Partner with VP of Sales and GTM leadership to allocate resources for high-impact initiatives.
• Define and track KPIs to provide visibility into company-wide growth trends and operating performance.
• Establish ROI and efficiency metrics across business segments to drive continuous operational improvement.
• Assist in the implementation of scalable planning systems and support capital planning and investor relations.
• Prepare executive-level presentations and reporting for the Board of Directors.

Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant experience in investment banking, private equity, FP&A, or strategic finance.
• Experience in a B2B or SaaS environment is strongly preferred.
• Must be willing to relocate to the Bay Area and work 4 days a week in the office.
• Expert-level financial modeling skills with high attention to detail.
• Strong presentation and writing skills to communicate complex financial strategy to executives.
• Proven ability to identify and resolve business roadblocks through structured frameworks.
