What you will do

• Architect and build core modeling infrastructure for data and evaluation products
• Own full-stack data, model training, and evaluation pipelines
• Collaborate with researchers and leadership to turn new ideas into reliable systems
• Conduct research into state-of-the-art evaluation methods for frontier models
• Contribute to the long-term vision of a centralized, scalable evaluation platform

Requirements

• 4+ years of relevant industry experience
• Strong programming skills with full-stack capabilities
• Deep experience in machine learning, language models, or reward model training
• Proficiency in LLM fine-tuning, prompt engineering, and function calling
• Solid understanding of statistics and methodologies for evaluating uncertainty
• Must be based in the Bay Area

• Experience in recommendation system stacks
