What you will do

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for corporate and business roles, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer management.
• Partner with hiring managers to define candidate profiles, provide market feedback, and maintain recruiting pipelines.
• Source active and passive candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, and professional networks.
• Provide timely candidate communication and support a consistent, inclusive interview experience.
• Maintain accurate applicant tracking system data, monitor recruiting metrics, and identify process delays.
• Support employer branding, job description development, and onboarding coordination with HR, IT, and hiring teams.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience in-house or at an agency.
• Experience recruiting for corporate or business functions such as finance, HR, operations, or sales.
• Hands-on experience with an applicant tracking system such as Workday, Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, or similar.
• Strong sourcing skills, including LinkedIn Recruiter and basic Boolean search.
• Strong communication and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple roles.
• A bachelor's degree is preferred but not required.

• Experience in automotive, electric vehicle, or technology companies.
• Experience at a fast-growing company or startup.
• Korean language proficiency.
• Technical recruiting exposure.
