Technical Recruiter (AI)

Location: Hybrid onsite in Palo Alto, CA or New York, NY; I-9 eligible candidates will be considered

Salary: $180,000–$210,000 annually, plus potential equity and discretionary performance-based bonus

What you will do

• Own full-cycle recruiting for engineering, product, and design roles, including senior and specialized searches.
• Partner with founders, the CTO, and engineering leaders to define hiring needs and build repeatable recruiting processes.
• Design structured interview frameworks, behavioral question banks, interviewer guides, and role-based scorecards.
• Lead advanced outbound sourcing and market mapping for passive, niche, and hard-to-reach candidates.
• Manage external recruiting agencies and coordinate internal and external candidate pipelines.
• Build talent operations, employer branding, talent communities, reporting, and inclusive hiring practices.

Requirements

• 10+ years of talent acquisition experience across engineering, product, data/research, and design functions.
• Hands-on experience building structured interviewing practices, including scorecards, behavioral questions, and interviewer training.
• Advanced outbound sourcing skills, including Boolean search, creative sourcing channels, and market mapping.
• Experience evaluating and deploying AI-powered sourcing and recruiting tools.
• Experience managing external recruiting partners and building scalable recruiting workflows and reporting.
• Ability to work hybrid onsite in Palo Alto, CA or New York, NY and meet I-9 eligibility requirements.

• Experience with ATS selection, implementation, or migration.
