Technical Recruiter (AI/ML)

Location: New York, on-site

What you will do

• Run full-cycle recruiting for engineering and AI/ML roles, from sourcing and candidate pitching through interviews and closing.
• Partner with technical leaders, founders, and the Head of Talent to understand roles and calibrate hiring standards.
• Help define the technical hiring bar and candidate evaluation approach.
• Develop creative top-of-funnel strategies for reaching experienced engineers.
• Deliver a fast, respectful, honest, and equitable candidate experience.
• Use data and market context to keep searches on track and support candidates through high-stakes decisions.

Requirements

• Deep experience with technical recruiting and technically complex engineering roles.
• Curiosity and the ability to ask effective questions and understand how technical work operates.
• Strong influencing, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to move quickly, manage shifting priorities, and maintain momentum.
• Strong closing skills and the ability to build trust early while anticipating concerns.
