What you will do

• Manage the end-to-end RFx lifecycle, from initial intake to final submission.
• Coordinate timelines, dependencies, and stakeholders across sales, legal, and product teams.
• Develop and maintain templates, outlines, and compliance matrices for consistent output.
• Leverage AI tools like SiftHub and Gemini to generate and refine proposal responses.
• Continuously improve the proposal process by capturing reusable knowledge and optimizing workflows.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in proposals, project management, or sales operations.
• Authorized to work in the United States (no visa sponsorship available).
• Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills for technical and legal documentation.
• Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent long-cycle projects and deadlines.
• Curiosity and practical experience with AI tools for content generation and efficiency.
• Ability to thrive in a cross-functional environment and communicate with empathy.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with public sector procurement processes.
• Experience with proposal management software such as Responsive or Loopio.
• Background in data privacy, security, or legal technology.
