What you will do
- Manage the end-to-end RFx lifecycle, from initial intake to final submission.
- Coordinate timelines, dependencies, and stakeholders across sales, legal, and product teams.
- Develop and maintain templates, outlines, and compliance matrices for consistent output.
- Leverage AI tools like SiftHub and Gemini to generate and refine proposal responses.
- Continuously improve the proposal process by capturing reusable knowledge and optimizing workflows.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in proposals, project management, or sales operations.
- Authorized to work in the United States (no visa sponsorship available).
- Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills for technical and legal documentation.
- Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent long-cycle projects and deadlines.
- Curiosity and practical experience with AI tools for content generation and efficiency.
- Ability to thrive in a cross-functional environment and communicate with empathy.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with public sector procurement processes.
- Experience with proposal management software such as Responsive or Loopio.
- Background in data privacy, security, or legal technology.
