Location: Must be based in one of the following states: AL, AZ, CO, FL, ID, IL, IN, KS, KY, MA, MD, ME, MI, MO, MT, NC, NE, NM, NV, NY, OH, OK, PA, SC, TN, TX, UT, VT, VA, WA, or WI.
Compensation: $70,000–$100,000 OTE (base salary $45,000 + uncapped commissions).

What you will do
- Connect with potential customers via phone, email, and text to assess needs and recommend tailored insurance solutions.
- Build customized insurance quotes for home, auto, umbrella, and flood policies using internal systems.
- Manage company-provided qualified leads to maximize conversion rates and meet sales goals.
- Collaborate with underwriters and customer service teams to ensure seamless policy delivery.
- Maintain accurate documentation and sales activity logs within the CRM.
- Continuously expand product knowledge across multiple carriers to provide expert consultation.
Requirements
- Active Property & Casualty license required.
- Must be a resident of and legally able to work in one of the specified 30 US states.
- Available to work a full-time schedule (Monday–Friday) between 7:00 AM – 6:00 PM CST.
- 1+ years of insurance sales experience in a fast-paced brokerage or contact center environment.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills with a proven track record of closing deals.
- Proficiency with CRM platforms and quoting tools.
Nice to have
- Bilingual ability (Spanish preferred).
- Experience selling with multiple carriers including Citizens Property Insurance.
