Enterprise Account Executive (SLED): Driving net new business and expanding existing accounts within the State, Local, and Education sector with an accent on value-based selling and managing complex, multi-department sales cycles. Location: Must be based in the United States; hybrid work available at Oakland, CA, Washington D.C., or New York, NY offices.
Salary: $125,000 base with $250,000 On-Target Earnings (OTE).

What you will do
- Develop and manage territory plans to achieve consistent quota attainment.
- Conduct discovery calls, presentations, and product demonstrations for government agencies.
- Execute the full sales cycle while collaborating with solutions architecture and customer success teams.
- Identify and nurture new opportunities within existing accounts and net new prospects.
- Maintain a deep understanding of the competitive landscape and hirify.global’s market differentiators.
- Leverage the sales tech stack including Salesforce, Gong, and AI-driven tools.
Requirements
- Must be authorized to work in the United States; no visa sponsorship available.
- At least 3 years of successful enterprise sales experience, ideally in SLED or Federal segments.
- Track record of quota achievement, ideally managing $1M+ ARR deals.
- Ability to travel throughout the US monthly for client meetings and industry conferences.
- Experience with SaaS platforms and value-based selling methodologies.
- Professional communication skills for engaging with Senior Leadership and government officials.
Nice to have
- Experience selling legal technologies.
- Familiarity with MEDDPICC or Command of the Message frameworks.
- Experience with transactional usage-based or annual commitment commercial models.
