What you will do
- Design end-to-end AI-powered experiences for complex document review workflows.
- Translate ambiguous, complex problems into wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups.
- Partner with Product Management and User Research to inform strategy and feature prioritization.
- Lead interaction design for complex challenges using industry best practices.
- Collaborate closely with Engineering to ship high-quality, scalable design solutions.
- Evangelize the use of Bluebook, the internal design system, and contribute to team culture.
Requirements
- Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
- 5+ years of Product Design experience, with at least 3 years in complex B2B SaaS.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating product thinking, interaction, and visual design skills.
- Proven ability to navigate and thrive in ambiguous problem spaces.
- Ability to own design projects from initial research to post-launch evaluation.
- Strong storytelling and presentation skills for aligning cross-functional stakeholders.
