What you will do

• Design end-to-end AI-powered experiences for complex document review workflows.
• Translate ambiguous, complex problems into wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups.
• Partner with Product Management and User Research to inform strategy and feature prioritization.
• Lead interaction design for complex challenges using industry best practices.
• Collaborate closely with Engineering to ship high-quality, scalable design solutions.
• Evangelize the use of Bluebook, the internal design system, and contribute to team culture.

Requirements

• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• 5+ years of Product Design experience, with at least 3 years in complex B2B SaaS.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating product thinking, interaction, and visual design skills.
• Proven ability to navigate and thrive in ambiguous problem spaces.
• Ability to own design projects from initial research to post-launch evaluation.
• Strong storytelling and presentation skills for aligning cross-functional stakeholders.
