What you will do

• Manage, coach, and grow a team of talented product designers through mentorship and clear feedback.
• Partner with Product and Engineering leadership to define design strategy and translate ambiguous problems into clear opportunities.
• Guide the team in designing transparent and trustworthy AI features for complex legal workflows.
• Advocate for the user in technical discussions to ensure intuitive and powerful experiences.
• Reinforce design standards, critique culture, and accountability within the design team.
• Participate in hiring and the refinement of design operations.

Requirements

• Authorized to work in the United States without restrictions.
• At least 5 years of product design experience, including 2+ years of management experience.
• Strong track record of shipping complex, high-impact products in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Experience designing for sophisticated users in enterprise, B2B SaaS, or data-heavy domains.
• Ability to communicate complex concepts and drive teams toward a shared vision.
• Strong expertise in product thinking, interaction design, and visual design.

Nice to have

• Background in human-computer interaction or related design fields.
• Experience working in regulated domains or with highly technical users.
