What you will do

• Drive strategic product vision for high-impact, ambiguous initiatives that connect market dynamics with user behavior.
• Establish industry-leading AI design patterns for high-stakes, data-intensive legal workflows.
• Architect long-term design systems and interaction patterns within the Bluebook Design System.
• Partner with senior Product and Engineering leaders to frame complex challenges and guide strategic decisions.
• Model a strong feedback culture and provide mentorship to elevate the craft and collaboration of the design team.
• Represent design standards internally and externally within the legal tech industry.

Requirements

• 10+ years of Product Design experience with a focus on high-impact, complex initiatives.
• 2+ years of experience shipping AI-powered experiences demonstrating trust and transparency.
• Deep understanding of data-intensive B2B SaaS, enterprise, or regulated domains.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without restrictions (no visa sponsorship provided).
• Proven ability to influence organizational strategy and collaborate effectively with senior stakeholders.
• Portfolio demonstrating excellence in product thinking, interaction design, and visual craft.
