What you will do
- Define and execute sales plans for the assigned territory.
- Develop and manage the lead funnel through inbound and outbound efforts.
- Convey product value and differentiators to prospects and customers.
- Forecast, meet, and exceed sales quotas.
- Collaborate across product, support, and sales engineering teams.
- Track opportunities and manage business through CRM and supporting tools.
Requirements
- Native or fluent German speaker.
- Must be based in Germany.
- 6+ years of enterprise sales experience.
- Domain experience with compute platforms (Kubernetes, Docker, Cloud) or DevOps/CICD tooling.
- Strong track record of consistently overachieving sales targets.
- Willingness to travel to clients for relationship support as required.
Nice to have
- SaaS or Developer tools sales experience.
- Startup experience.
- Strong sales aptitude and tech-savvy business acumen.
