Location: Remote, must be based in the Eastern Time Zone (ideally Northeast)
Compensation: $280,000–$320,000

What you will do
- Report directly to the RVP, Commercial Sales and drive overall team performance.
- Develop and execute comprehensive territory and pipeline strategies.
- Recruit, onboard, and coach a high-performing team of Account Executives.
- Foster a collaborative environment and drive alignment with marketing, solutions architecture, and customer success teams.
- Implement and refine sales processes to ensure sustainable growth and effective ramping of new hires.
Requirements
- Must be located in the Eastern Time Zone (ideally Northeast)
- 5+ years of experience selling technical products, preferably in Cybersecurity, DevSecOps, or OSS.
- 1+ years of experience in managing high-performing software sales teams.
- Strong command of the MEDDPICC sales framework.
- Previous startup experience is strongly preferred.
