Salary: $381,000–$475,000

What you will do
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing sales team to exceed regional revenue targets.
- Develop and execute comprehensive regional business plans aligned with company objectives.
- Drive new business and expand enterprise accounts through strong client relationships.
- Build and manage a regional channel strategy, including partner recruitment and enablement.
- Manage sales performance and forecasting using Salesforce.
- Collaborate with Product Management and Sales Engineering to deliver customer-centric solutions.
Requirements
- 15+ years of experience in technology sales, including 3+ years in a management role.
- Proven record of selling complex security, networking, and cloud-based IT solutions.
- Demonstrated success in building and managing channel models and partner ecosystems.
- Strong forecasting and strategic planning skills with a history of meeting commitments.
- Must reside in or near Charlotte (NC), Atlanta (GA) or within Washington D.C, Maryland or Virginia.
