What you will do

• Own and evolve the Marketing Operations strategy, balancing execution with scalable process design.
• Oversee the MarTech stack to ensure tools are integrated and used efficiently.
• Improve marketing data foundations across systems and ensure operational excellence in lead management processes.
• Drive ongoing optimization of Marketo including lifecycle architecture and campaign QA.
• Partner with teams to operationalize acquisition and conversion experiences.
• Establish and maintain a strong reporting and insights cadence.

Requirements

• 10+ years of Marketing Operations / Revenue Operations / Marketing Analytics experience, including team leadership.
• Deep knowledge of marketing automation; experience with Marketo preferred.
• Experience in B2B SaaS in scaling organizations.
• Strong understanding of marketing data and measurement.
• Expertise building lead management practices.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and project management skills.
