What you will do
- Define and execute multi-channel demand generation plans to hit pipeline targets for specific regions.
- Launch and optimize integrated campaigns across email, social, paid media, webinars, and events.
- Align closely with Sales and BDR teams on ICP, messaging, and lead qualification processes.
- Collaborate with Product Marketing and Content teams to produce high-converting assets and offers.
- Manage marketing tech stack (HubSpot/Salesforce) and report on revenue impact and campaign performance.
- Test, learn, and scale successful growth experiments to roll out globally.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in B2B demand generation, growth, or performance marketing.
- Proven track record of building and converting high-quality pipelines.
- Proficiency with CRM and marketing automation tools like HubSpot or Salesforce.
- Strong understanding of funnel management, ICP segmentation, and conversion optimization.
- Must be currently based in France, UK, Spain, or Italy.
- Ability to thrive in a remote, async-first work environment.
Nice to have
- Experience in the cybersecurity or IT enterprise sector.
- Hands-on experience with Account-Based Marketing (ABM).
- Background in fast-paced, early-stage startup environments.
