What you will do

  • Define and execute multi-channel demand generation plans to hit pipeline targets for specific regions.
  • Launch and optimize integrated campaigns across email, social, paid media, webinars, and events.
  • Align closely with Sales and BDR teams on ICP, messaging, and lead qualification processes.
  • Collaborate with Product Marketing and Content teams to produce high-converting assets and offers.
  • Manage marketing tech stack (HubSpot/Salesforce) and report on revenue impact and campaign performance.
  • Test, learn, and scale successful growth experiments to roll out globally.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B demand generation, growth, or performance marketing.
  • Proven track record of building and converting high-quality pipelines.
  • Proficiency with CRM and marketing automation tools like HubSpot or Salesforce.
  • Strong understanding of funnel management, ICP segmentation, and conversion optimization.
  • Must be currently based in France, UK, Spain, or Italy.
  • Ability to thrive in a remote, async-first work environment.

Nice to have

  • Experience in the cybersecurity or IT enterprise sector.
  • Hands-on experience with Account-Based Marketing (ABM).
  • Background in fast-paced, early-stage startup environments.
