Focus on optimizing middle-to-bottom funnel conversions, leveraging AI tools for workflow acceleration, and aligning marketing tactics with complex B2B sales cycles.

Location: Must be based in the United States and authorized to work without sponsorship.

Salary: $102,000–$115,000 + bonus

What you will do

  • Lead end-to-end execution of multi-channel ABM and demand generation campaigns across paid media, email, and webinars.
  • Partner with Sales leadership to identify high-value segments and design personalized activations for buying committee penetration.
  • Act as a strategic bridge between Content, Web, Creative, and Sales teams to ensure successful go-to-market delivery.
  • Monitor campaign performance and market trends to pivot creative and copy in real-time.
  • Develop full-funnel initiatives to drive top-of-funnel awareness and fuel expansion within existing accounts.
  • Equip Sales and SDR teams with data-backed ABM activations to accelerate pipeline velocity.

Requirements

  • 5–7 years of experience in B2B demand generation or growth marketing, specifically with ABM.
  • Fluency in Salesforce, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and Demandbase.
  • Must be currently authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
  • Track record of orchestrating cross-functional teams from strategy through execution.
  • Strong copywriting skills for ads, emails, and landing pages.
  • Proficiency in using AI tools to accelerate content ideation, copywriting, and data analysis.

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with personalization tools like Userled, Drift, or Qualified.
