What you will do

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale cross-functional initiatives for engineering teams.
• Develop portfolio views of program objectives, ensuring technical feasibility and clear visibility for leadership.
• Drive process improvements to increase the quality and velocity of technical team workflows.
• Manage dependencies, risks, and mitigations throughout the project lifecycle to ensure timely delivery.
• Collaborate with engineering leadership to define success criteria and enforce documentation standards.
• Communicate status, technical trade-offs, and decisions effectively across multiple stakeholder groups.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in the software development industry, including at least 7 years in a Technical Program Manager role.
• Must reside in a US state where hirify.global has a registered entity.
• Demonstrated ability to drive ambiguous, complex technical initiatives to completion.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a track record of influencing cross-functional stakeholders.
• Experience implementing new processes and improving organizational productivity.
• Proficiency with task management tools such as Jira or Asana.
• B.S. in Computer Science or equivalent professional experience.
