Salary: $118,100 — $302,400 USD

What you will do

• Lead technical discovery with both acquiring and acquired company stakeholders to uncover integration or migration needs.
• Analyze and map technical infrastructure, systems, and data flows of both companies to identify integration points and redundancies.
• Design process and data migration strategies; manage execution and the migration and merger projects.
• Partner with business leaders to define program objectives, scope, priorities, and success metrics across projects and workstreams.
• Drive clear, consistent multi-level stakeholder communication, including decisions, priorities, status and health reporting, and risks.
• Ensure successful delivery, rollout, and adoption through effective change management while measuring outcomes against KPIs.

Requirements

• Deep understanding of enterprise technology environments, system architecture, and software design principles.
• Strong project and program management background, including Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and PMP certification.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; independent-thinker mindset with the ability to stay focused on high level goals and outcomes.
• Advanced knowledge of the full product development lifecycle, including deployment and integration.
• Ability to collaborate closely with IT engineers at a technical level.
• Strong analytical skills, including reading and interpreting relational data.
