Salary: $190,000 - $230,000 USD

What you will do

• Design, implement, and maintain auditable privacy controls across product and internal systems.
• Partner with Legal and Engineering teams to manage privacy review processes for new features.
• Drive enterprise privacy readiness across verticals like HIPAA, FINRA, and FedRAMP.
• Collaborate with Privacy Engineering to prioritize improvements to data pipelines and handling.
• Translate regulatory requirements into clear engineering specifications for cross-functional teams.
• Manage privacy program operations, including tracking privacy debt and reporting on health metrics.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in privacy program management, engineering, or a related role.
• Strong understanding of global privacy regulations including GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, and HIPAA.
• Technical fluency with the ability to interpret data flow diagrams and system architectures.
• Proven track record of driving cross-functional programs in fast-moving technology environments.
• Ability to operate in ambiguity and prioritize effectively in high-growth settings.
• Must be able to work from San Francisco or New York office at least 3 days per week.
