What you will do

• Establish and maintain the company's design system, visual language, and interaction standards.
• Lead end-to-end design for core platforms and new AI-powered product initiatives.
• Design AI-native experiences, including agent workflows and human-in-the-loop interfaces.
• Conduct user research, interviews, and usability tests to ensure deep customer empathy.
• Collaborate with product and engineering leadership to drive product discovery and UX direction.
• Recruit, mentor, and dhirify.globallop a high-performing design team while setting a high craft bar.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work from San Mateo, California
• Proven experience leading design end-to-end in growth-stage companies.
• Strong background in evolving design systems and component architecture.
• Deep experience in enterprise B2B product design, specifically in complex domains.
• Familiarity with AI/LLM product design and trust patterns.
• Demonstrated ability to manage or closely mentor designers and lead design critiques.

• Strong storytelling skills for stakeholder and executive communication.
