What you will do

• Lead end-to-end design for the core inbox and app experience from initial discovery to final shipping.
• Define product direction, experience principles, and cohesive visions for other teams to implement.
• Drive user research including interviews, usability sessions, and concept testing to inform product strategy.
• Partner with Product and Engineering to define requirements, metrics, and technical scope.
• Design scalable interactions for high-stakes, high-frequency customer support workflows.
• Scale design quality through pattern contribution, design system documentation, and team mentorship.

Requirements

• 7+ years of professional experience designing and shipping complex products across web and mobile.
• Proven ability to tackle ambiguous problems, drive alignment, and deliver measurable outcomes.
• Portfolio required featuring senior-level ownership and prototyping work.
• Experience designing AI-powered experiences, including trust, control, and iteration models.
• Demonstrated ability to conduct independent user research and translate insights into strategy.
• Strong cross-functional communication skills and ability to thrive in a collaborative environment.
