Salary: $150,000–$220,000 + Equity

• Own the entire product design process from user journeys to visual language.
• Partner with engineering and product to simplify complex workflows.
• Develop and scale a cohesive design system across products.
• Establish and nurture the internal design culture.
• Collaborate on-site with a multidisciplinary team to build transformative AI products.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product design.
• Proven ability to translate complex user problems into elegant, intuitive solutions.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Must be able to work on-site in San Francisco, CA.
• Strong drive, ownership mindset, and experience in fast-paced startup environments.
