Salary: $128,000 – $165,000

What you will do

• Collaborate with security, operations, and employee experience teams to maintain secure IT infrastructure.
• Develop and manage the Atlassian platform, specifically focusing on Jira and Confluence.
• Create custom automations between Jira and other systems using APIs and iPaaS tools like Zapier or Workato.
• Administer access and privileges through SSO/IdP solutions like Okta.
• Improve and automate IT systems, platform configurations, and operational workflows.
• Partner cross-functionally to drive IT initiatives and resolve technical friction points for employees.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of professional experience supporting Atlassian Cloud infrastructure (Jira and Confluence).
• Demonstrated experience building custom automations using APIs and iPaaS solutions.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States (no visa sponsorship provided).
• Proven experience administering access via SSO/IdP solutions.
• Highly organized with a process-driven approach to managing IT platforms and automations.
• Ability to work onsite in Oakland, CA on a hybrid schedule.

Nice to have

• Atlassian-based certifications.
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
• Experience administering additional IT stack tools like MDMs, EDRs, or AV equipment.
• Ability to perform work after hours when necessary.
