What you will do
- Manage end-user and systems support for a growing workforce using Okta and MDM solutions.
- Automate user lifecycle tasks including onboarding, offboarding, and provisioning.
- Administer and optimize ITSM platform workflows and asset tracking.
- Develop and maintain infrastructure automation using Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
- Collaborate with Security and Engineering teams to manage device compliance and endpoint protection.
- Create and maintain technical documentation for internal IT procedures.
Requirements
- 4–6 years of experience in IT support or operations in high-growth environments.
- Must be a U.S. person (citizen, green card holder, or protected status) to comply with export control regulations.
- Proficiency with identity management platforms like Okta.
- Hands-on experience with MDM tools such as Jamf and Intune.
- Scripting experience with Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
- Solid understanding of cloud security, endpoint protection, and ITSM platforms.
Nice to have
- Experience supporting Kubernetes or containerized environments.
- Familiarity with compliance frameworks like SOC 2 or ISO 27001.
- Knowledge of infrastructure-as-code tools such as Terraform.
- Experience supporting office network hardware and topology.
