Salary: $98,000–$130,000

What you will do

• Manage end-user and systems support for a growing workforce using Okta and MDM solutions.
• Automate user lifecycle tasks including onboarding, offboarding, and provisioning.
• Administer and optimize ITSM platform workflows and asset tracking.
• Develop and maintain infrastructure automation using Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
• Collaborate with Security and Engineering teams to manage device compliance and endpoint protection.
• Create and maintain technical documentation for internal IT procedures.

Requirements

• 4–6 years of experience in IT support or operations in high-growth environments.
• Must be a U.S. person (citizen, green card holder, or protected status) to comply with export control regulations.
• Proficiency with identity management platforms like Okta.
• Hands-on experience with MDM tools such as Jamf and Intune.
• Scripting experience with Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
• Solid understanding of cloud security, endpoint protection, and ITSM platforms.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting Kubernetes or containerized environments.
• Familiarity with compliance frameworks like SOC 2 or ISO 27001.
• Knowledge of infrastructure-as-code tools such as Terraform.
• Experience supporting office network hardware and topology.
