What you will do

• Administer and optimize identity services including Okta, Google Workspace, and Slack.
• Manage AWS IAM policies, service accounts, and core corporate infrastructure.
• Design and maintain automation workflows for provisioning and deprovisioning using iPaaS tools.
• Engineer and patch macOS and Windows endpoints at scale using NinjaOne.
• Act as a technical escalation point and mentor junior IT staff on system best practices.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in systems engineering or IT operations.
• Hands-on expertise with identity management platforms (Okta or similar) and AWS services.
• Proficiency with endpoint management tools and scripting (Python, PowerShell, or Bash).
• Solid understanding of core networking concepts (DNS, DHCP, VPN, firewalls).
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Effective communication skills to support cross-functional teams and non-technical stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of security frameworks like SOC 2, ISO 27001, or NIST.
• Experience with Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform or CloudFormation).
• Background in API integrations and REST/GraphQL.
• Relevant certifications such as AWS Solutions Architect or Okta Certified Professional.
