TL;DR

Senior Strategic Partnerships Manager (SaaS): Building and growing strategic partnerships with managed services providers in the legal services and eDiscovery industry with an accent on commercial model development, channel revenue growth, and cross-functional GTM execution. Focus on forging impactful relationships, managing complex business partnerships, and executing high-impact co-selling strategies to drive market success.

Location: Must be based in or be able to work from the Oakland, CA or New York, NY office (Hybrid: M/W/Th in office, Tue/Fri remote). Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Salary: $135,800 - $171,500 base, with a total OTE of $194,000 - $245,000.

What you will do

  • Manage and grow strategic partnerships with named partners in the legal service provider (LSP) and eDiscovery industry.
  • Develop and operate mid-to-long term business plans and commercial models for joint partner businesses.
  • Drive partner performance by monitoring sales metrics, delivery capabilities, and pipeline generation.
  • Collaborate with internal Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to execute co-selling and co-marketing opportunities.
  • Develop subject matter expertise in eDiscovery technology and market trends to effectively support partner practices.
  • Support partner development by identifying new structures and activating early-stage partners for scalability.

Requirements

  • Must be authorized to work in the United States (no visa sponsorship provided).
  • At least 8 years of relevant professional experience, with 5+ years specifically in partnerships or channel management.
  • Proven track record of managing complex partnerships and executing partner-driven sales engagements.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to translate strategic problems into concrete, tactical partnership plans.
  • Ability to work in a hybrid capacity from the Oakland or New York office.
  • Experience in negotiating and closing win-win deals with strategic service partners.

Nice to have

  • MBA or MS degree in a related field.
  • Previous experience in eDiscovery, legal technology, or related product industries.
