What you will do

  • Define and execute sales plans for the assigned German territory.
  • Develop and manage an inbound and outbound lead funnel through CRM tools.
  • Convey the value proposition and product differentiators to prospective enterprise clients.
  • Forecast, meet, and exceed individual sales quotas.
  • Collaborate with product, support, and sales engineering teams to improve the sales cycle.
  • Understand the competitive landscape and articulate technical benefits within the SDLC ecosystem.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of enterprise sales experience.
  • Fluent German speaker.
  • Domain knowledge in compute platforms (Kubernetes, Docker, Cloud) and DevOps tooling.
  • Strong track record of consistently overachieving sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Must be willing to travel to client sites when required.

Nice to have

  • SaaS or developer tools sales experience.
  • Prior experience in a startup environment.
  • Strong tech-savvy business acumen in complex business environments.
