What you will do

  • Generate qualified leads through outbound and inbound calls, emails, and marketing campaigns.
  • Schedule high-level meetings for Regional Sales Directors to drive pipeline growth.
  • Maintain and update prospect activity records within Salesforce.
  • Manage incoming leads from tradeshows, regional events, and marketing initiatives.
  • Collaborate with Channel partners and sales leadership to identify and position product value.
  • Stay current on product roadmaps, industry shifts, and the competitive landscape.

Requirements

  • 1-2+ years of experience in Lead Generation or Inside Sales within IT network or security software.
  • Native German speaker.
  • Proven ability to develop leads independently via phone and digital communication.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Salesforce.
  • Self-motivated, independent, and success-driven mindset.
  • Ability to communicate clearly over phone and video conferencing platforms.
