What you will do
- Manage and lead a team of 5-7 Account Executives.
- Drive and execute business and revenue growth strategies for the team.
- Build and improve processes for AE onboarding and ramping.
- Prepare sales forecasts, territory plans, and growth strategies.
- Establish and report on metrics to measure team performance.
- Drive alignment across marketing, customer success, and engineering departments.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience selling technical products, preferably in DevOps, open source, or security.
- 3+ years of experience managing high-performing software sales teams.
- Existing enterprise customer relationships in the DACH region.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue and pipeline targets.
- Experience working with CSP marketplaces.
- Ability to travel as needed.

- Experience in a growth or hyper-growth company stage.
- Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM systems.
