What you will do

• Provide comprehensive technical support for key customers and channel partners throughout the design-in process.
• Execute pre-sales activities, including customer training, technical presentations, and demo board development.
• Troubleshoot field issues and provide software programming assistance to ensure successful product integration.
• Drive channel partner technical teams to support regional business growth.
• Collaborate with Product Marketing and Business Units to communicate market feedback and customer technical requirements.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customer engineering teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in semiconductor technical support.
• Proven experience with Wireless, Bluetooth, MCU, or Power modules.
• Professional proficiency in English for both written and spoken communication.
• Strong project management, presentation, and business negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in C/C++ programming.
