What you will do
- Develop and execute broker marketing strategy across email, social, webinars, and enablement.
- Own the translation of security and threat intelligence insights into broker-ready content.
- Take ownership of broker events infrastructure, including budget, gifting platform, and toolkit.
- Define support model for GTM launches and integrated campaigns with measurement and reporting structure.
- Establish a regular cadence for sharing enablement with underwriters and create a feedback loop.
Requirements
- Marketed to insurance brokers with a deep understanding of what resonates with them.
- Experience defining and executing successful integrated campaigns.
- Experience leading thought leadership programs in a B2B environment.
- Managed multiple programs simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience earning buy-in from senior leaders and cross-functional partners.
- Experience producing sales enablement materials and on-brand marketing assets.
