What you will do

  • Lead custom, end-to-end quantitative research, including survey design, data cleaning, and crosstab interpretation.
  • Collaborate with external research vendors to execute specialized studies.
  • Synthesize research findings into clear, actionable reports for diverse internal audiences.
  • Partner closely with UX Research and Analytics teams to inform product and marketing strategy.
  • Maintain high standards for data integrity and detail across all research initiatives.
  • Leverage AI tools to enhance research efficiency and insight generation.

Requirements

  • 5-7 years of experience in market research or consumer insights.
  • Strong background in both primary quantitative and qualitative research methodologies.
  • Proven ability to manage vendor-led research projects effectively.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills tailored to various levels of technical familiarity.
  • Commitment to data integrity and attention to detail.
  • Must be eligible to work in the US, as indicated by 401k/US-based benefits.

Nice to have

  • Prior experience in brand tracking research.
  • Advanced degree (MA/MS) in Marketing, Market Research, or Social Sciences.
