What you will do
- Own the end-to-end customization function, including intake, prioritization, architecture, and build.
- Manage complex lifecycle campaign production within Iterable, covering multi-step journeys and cross-channel sequencing.
- Develop and maintain scalable customization playbooks and modular content libraries to reduce bespoke effort.
- Oversee agency partnerships to ensure campaign quality and adherence to strict execution standards.
- Partner with Engineering to troubleshoot and scale personalization logic and data pipelines.
- Establish frequency governance and send logic to maintain high engagement guardrails.
Requirements
- 5–8 years of experience in lifecycle marketing or CRM with a strong hands-on production focus.
- Deep expertise in Iterable is required, specifically building complex journeys and dynamic templates.
- Experience managing high-volume production queues within a B2B2C or SaaS environment.
- Proven ability to manage agency output, provide structured feedback, and ensure quality.
- Strong analytical and project management skills with the ability to handle competing priorities.
- Must be based in the New York City area for a hybrid role.
