hirify.global is an international fintech startup combining SaaS with a human-in-the-loop approach to simplify admin, accounting, and bookkeeping for entrepreneurs.

What you will do

  • Define and execute regional demand generation programs to accelerate revenue.
  • Architect full-funnel lifecycle strategies to nurture leads from initial interest to active client.
  • Partner with strategic local stakeholders including Free Zones, banks, and accelerators.
  • Tailor global value propositions to address specific UAE market nuances like Free Zone versus Mainland regulations.
  • Manage integrated omnichannel growth initiatives across digital, social, content, and field marketing.
  • Track and report on regional performance KPIs including pipeline contribution, lead generation, and sales velocity.

Requirements

  • 6-8 years of experience in field and partner marketing within SaaS or tech environments.
  • Must be based in the UAE with a deep understanding of the local startup ecosystem.
  • Proven track record in owning full-funnel growth and performance marketing functions.
  • Strong background in both digital and in-person event management.
  • Excellent collaborative skills for working closely with regional sales teams.
  • Data-driven mindset with fluency in attribution modeling and LTV/CAC analysis.
