What you will do
- Develop and execute an AI-enabled growth strategy aligned to regional revenue targets.
- Build a full-funnel digital acquisition system across multiple EMEA markets.
- Lead AI-native growth and experimentation, embedding AI tools into campaign creation, content production, and targeting.
- Own strategy and execution across Google, LinkedIn, and emerging digital channels.
- Build a high-impact EMEA SEO strategy focused on accounting and finance keywords.
- Optimize conversion and funnel performance, partnering with web teams to drive conversion rate optimization.
Requirements
- 5+ years of B2B growth, digital, or demand generation experience (SaaS preferred).
- Proven track record of driving measurable pipeline and revenue impact.
- Hands-on experience managing LinkedIn and Google Ads at scale.
- Demonstrated SEO success with measurable ranking and traffic improvements.
- Experience in multi-country or regional marketing environments preferred.
- BA/BS degree required.
