Location: Hybrid (Dortmund, Germany) with the option to work from home/remotely.

What you will do

  • Define and own the lifecycle framework across the entire customer journey, from first purchase to renewal and expansion.
  • Collaborate with product teams to enhance onboarding flows for hosting, domains, and SaaS products.
  • Lead churn prevention initiatives to improve long-term customer retention.
  • Optimize upgrade paths and recommendation logic to drive expansion revenue.
  • Monitor campaign performance and conduct A/B testing to refine messaging and conversion rates.
  • Manage stakeholders across product, marketing, data, and engineering departments.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of professional experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing, growth, or retention strategies.
  • Proven background in subscription, SaaS, or digital product business models.
  • Strong analytical mindset for translating data into actionable lifecycle programs.
  • Experience in designing customer segmentation and mapping customer journeys.
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms such as HubSpot or similar tooling.
  • Capability to link lifecycle initiatives directly to revenue and retention outcomes.
