What you will do
- Take ownership of the new user acquisition target, driving strategy across paid marketing, SEO, and more.
- Design, run, and scale growth experiments across the funnel, from acquisition channels to influencing in-product activation.
- Build, collaborate, and optimize multi-channel campaigns that drive signups and revenue.
- Partner with Product and Data to design in-product growth loops, onboarding flows, and conversion journeys.
- Define, measure, and report on growth KPIs, owning dashboards and analysis to surface insights and drive decisions.
- Research and test new channels, tactics, and tools to keep the company ahead of the curve.
Requirements
- 5+ years in self-serve subscription growth, demand generation, or performance marketing in B2B SaaS (ideally PLG).
- Proven track record of designing and running growth experiments that deliver measurable results.
- Strong analytical skills with fluency in data analysis, funnel metrics, and growth KPIs.
- Hands-on experience with analytics and experimentation tools (WebFlow, HubSpot, Amplitude, Hex, GA4, etc.).
- Creative and scrappy; able to ideate, launch, and measure campaigns quickly.
- Comfortable working cross-functionally with Product, Data, and Sales.
