What you will do
- Execute data analysis and support reporting for affordability initiatives and quality improvement.
- Track project milestones, timelines, and deliverables ensuring alignment with program goals.
- Develop performance management narratives and coaching plans with initiative managers.
- Curate data insights and resource materials for internal meetings and stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate records and consistent tracking of KPIs and performance metrics.
- Serve as point of contact for program information and reporting needs.
Requirements
- Location: Must be based in the United States or able to work remotely within the US
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Public Administration, Public Health, Data Analytics or related field.
- 2-4 years experience in an administrative or program coordination role.
- Strong organizational, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and familiarity with BI/reporting tools (Tableau, Snowflake, Power BI).
- Knowledge of performance metrics, ROI tracking, and data interpretation.
Nice to have
- Experience in healthcare, especially public health and value-based care.
- Program management experience in healthcare settings.
- Familiarity with project management software (Miro, Monday).
- Ability to work independently and proactively solve problems through data.
