What you will do

• Maintain care navigation calls and activities, handling about 50% of workload
• Serve as a resource by monitoring care operations channels and assisting clinical and provider teams
• Provide after-hours support to members and leadership, including weekend and holiday shifts
• Coordinate training and mentoring of new and existing team members
• Monitor system views, assign outreaches, balance daily work, and manage phone queue availability
• Problem-solve escalated and crisis situations, provide feedback on team and product improvements

Requirements

• Must have independent clinical mental health licensure (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or equivalent)
• Minimum 3 years of mental health or substance use disorder experience
• Crisis line experience required
• Leadership experience preferred
• Excellent multitasking and communication skills
• Availability for split shifts including weekends and holidays in Eastern Time
