Focus on managing ARR quotas and pipelines, supporting full cycle sales executives, and ensuring the team tracks weekly/monthly/quarterly goals.

Location: Must be in the Austin office Tuesday-Thursday.

Salary: $80,000 - 120,000 + commission

What you will do

• Lead and direct an Inside Sales team to identify and develop restaurant customers with 1 to 2 restaurant locations nationwide, virtually.
• Assist the team in developing and executing a sales strategy.
• Work with the team when necessary to engage prospects in order to close.
• Maintain weekly reporting and meetings for the team.
• Manage ARR quotas and pipelines.
• Help support full cycle sales executives in prospecting/discovery/demo/negotiation best practices.

Requirements

• 1-3+ years’ experience managing SaaS sales teams.
• Inside sales experience, in the restaurant industry, preferred.
• Proficiency and experience in high volume selling with sales transactions and sales cycles less than 30 days.
• Experience with Salesforce and other AI-forward sales technologies and best practices for enabling your team.
• Ability to collaborate with internal cross-functional partners across Product, Marketing, Customer Success.
• Ability to be in the Austin office Tuesday-Thursday.
